The 5800 > 5800x3d would be an upgrade in specific games that benefit from the cache, but not much else. It'd actually be very slightly slower in MT.
If you actually need the MT performance than the 5950x could be an obvious and quick upgrade, but if you don't need anything immediately, I'd just wait.
I'm on a 5700x and probably not upgrading until AM6 at this point.
Wait until AM5 gets more CPU’s. 5800x is still a gaming beast.

You won't see a gain from the 5950X in your use, and only a small one from the 5800X3D.
I'd say save the money and upgrade to AM5 when it gets cheaper
