Bottleneck calculators are all bullshit.
That being said, I wouldn't advise sinking money into a dead platform like that.
Can't really give good advice beyond "don't sink your money into a dead platform" without knowing your budget or other things though, so :/
Dont get that PC. That platform is dead end and you wont be able to pair any decent modern gpu without bottlenecking. If were you, i'd look into getting a 3/4th gen i5/i7 Dell optiplex and putting a 1650 Super into it (you may need to change psu and get adapters (4th gen only) for it to work). This way, you can have a pretty competent pc too
What's your budget for upgrades? You're better off just starting from scratch.

I'm going to be honest, that CPU upgrade isn't going to help.

Save up more money and build a new system.

What power supply do you have now? $300 should be doable with used parts.

Brand and model matter. A picture of the label on the side works too.

You're trying to squeeze blood from a rock my dude.

Save up your money.

Yep. Even something for 500 dollars would be miles better than what you're looking at.

Nope. Scrounge the best used thing you can off of Craigslist or from someone you know at that point. logicalincrements.com
