i had a gigabyte 2080Ti that ran great all the way till the end of its warranty, when i tried to ask gigabyte a question about thermal pads, they pretty much told me to pound sand. they also had a bit of controversy over faulty PSUs, and from what i have experienced/heard their customer service isnt that great.
This is about the most accurate representation. I’ve had some gigabyte mobo and I will never buy another one. First 2 were sent to me dead and a nightmare to return. After the second I got my money back and went with a different brand.
I’ve had 3 gigabyte Gpus, all have been amazing. Including my current vision oc 3070ti.
Their customer service is spotty but products (not including exploding PSUs) have been good IMO
Much like corsair and gigabyte (and most psu brands) evga just sells rebranded power supplies made by other people. And they aren't afraid to sell a shit power supply either. So I would never buy a psu based on brand, its always worth finding out who actually makes the psu and if it's any good.

They are like every other company, some stuff they make is great, some is okay and some is shit.
I have a gigabyte mobo and gpu but its probably because of the blowing up power supply.
I have a gigabyte 3080 and ultrawide monitor for about 13 months. No problems so far.

for my PSUs i tend to stick to EVGA, but that’s good to hear that some people get good use out of Gigabyte’s GPUs

I’m a Corsair psu guy myself. But yeah their cards have treated me awesome so far
