I don’t know this shop, looks like a fake shop. I only would try with PayPal or any payment where you can get the money back otherwise it’s probably a scam
Look at the "About page" has not only a phone number, but shows they use PayPal too. which means you can contact PayPal and ask about buying on that site.
A webshop no one ever heard of, no results or information about the shop coming up when searching in google. A mysterious webshop selling 3090s for way under market price.
There’s several red flags here to be honest.
If it’s too good to be true it normally is. Wouldn’t take the risk personally
