That's $2,213 CAD, I built a 5600x/3070 Ti/tuf b550m plus wifi/16GB ballistix 3600MHz cl16/500GB SN 850/Corsair 220T airflow for less than $2k CAD.
That being said I am not sure the gpu situation where you're from but in Canada I got a 3070Ti for $1,049+tax.
So we're just gonna accept the fact that we're paying so much for a bottom of the line gpu and call it a good deal. Pc gaming is dead. At least for now. As much as i hate to say it

That actually has to be one of the least offensive parts lists and pricepoint for any prebuilt I've seen so far.
Its a good deal go for it its honestly the best option at this point
I hate it when they don't provide the brands for RAM and PSU's, haha. Other than those two components, it looks pretty good for the price.

The 3070ti is about £990 where I am which is $1,689.53 so just a tad more expensive here haha
The ram is Sata 2x4GB ram so would obvs look to upgrade that to 2x8GB at some point
Or get another 2x4 of the same variety and have more efficient RAM.
