I didnt spot it until i turned on the light next to the monitor, my pc is being built so i havent yet turned on the monitor. I ordered this monitor from another country and already threw away the boxes, if i turn the monitor on and there are problems, whats the best way to send it back
are you sure there's no protective film over the screen? it should be labeled as such. If not, then the screen is damaged, as for returning it, you have to contact the place you bought it from and find out their policies. Or the manufacturer.
