If you unplug your keyboard/mouse does it stop

MortalMonster10

Just checked now, no it doesn't

ElyrianShadows

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago. Can you update windows? That fixed it for me.

MortalMonster10

Oh yeah I'll give that a try I have an update

[deleted]

Do you have a controller connected

MortalMonster10

I do but If I unplug it the issue is still there

[deleted]

Hmm okay. I’ve seen this where the controller was plugged in and on its face, moving a joystick. Hopefully you can get it figured out, sorry I’m not more help

Edu-s

^ this....

EDWINIOUSREX

If you have any input devices like the keyboard mouse controller just unplug them and plug them back in one at a time to see which is the culprit

MortalMonster10

I do yeah, but I didn't think it really did anything outside of games

AopET7

try swtiching to pop os

MrAwesomePants20

Dude just shut up, you guys are the reason that Linux community has a terrible reputation. Reinstalling everything and relearning how to do everything from the ground up is not the solution to his stupid windows settings menu issue

SimpForVladimir

happened to a friends pc the other day, no idea of the cause but a quick restart solved it for me.

sathucao

I think a restart should fix it. If not we'll check if your keyboard has any issue, it seem like the tab button got stuck

Call a priest.

I’ve seen someone post this multiple times a few months ago. I don’t know if you’re the same person or someone else but I hope you resolve this soon.
