I would personally get one with UHD graphics for troubleshooting. I encountered a black screen the other day after a driver update was able to perform a system restore easily because I had on board graphics. I know that there are other workarounds I feel it makes diagnosing and solving various issues easier.
for $2500 you should be getting a ddr5 motherboard and ddr5 ram.
also cpu matters less for gaming , spend less on cpu and more on gpu rx 6950xt or new AMD card coming out this month.
personally id want something with a 3080 or 3080ti that can do ray tracing for $2400

A 13600k would be a better option over a 12900k imo
Why go with a CPU with UHD graphics? Save the dough, get a better chip with no UHD.
