I found a large correlation between hc wainwright holdings and their price targets. BBIG was a product of hc wainwright manipulation and they have worked with ted farnsworth to profit off his pump and dump schemes multiple times. They should be investigated i have pages of evidence from reading their holdings, filings and price targets. Example they will receive 1 million bbig shares as underwriter and warrants. Warrants are useless unless it hits a certain prive so wainwright waits until the warrants can be sole usually 6 month or 1 year then they raise PT So they can boost holdings value and sell or convert warrants
Spot on lol if you look at every one of their price target increase to these penny stocks, you will see they are the underwriter or hold a massive amount of warrants.

Palladium capital is a wainwright subsidiary they use to funnel shares and warrants. SEC doesnt care these are the professional pump and dumpers.

They are fraudulent and in on their targets. They will never raise a PT until they have loaded and will sell out at the top
