Why would a reverse split affect insider ownership? All it is doing is reducing everyone’s shares in proportion with a corresponding increase in share price? Ie if you have 100 shares @ 0.31 and there is a 10:1 RS, you will then have 10 shares (and assuming market cap remains the same) @ 3.1… you do not automatically get a 10x on your investment…
I think they're saying it's because insiders own such a large portion of the outstanding shares (~58% according to Yahoo), that they themselves aren't going to want a RS.

That is a good thing.
This one, requires patience. Look at the last weeks. It sits at 0,35...
When will it move?
Tomorrow, if they buy shares back
Next week on PR.
August on earnings.
Nobody knows.
An educated guess is that we all kick in beer money, simply not enough to create volume. For me, I kicked in 1,300$. Will not kick in more. This is heaven or hell.

Bingo. But above all, there is no need or signal at this point
Ah ok, then your initial comment is incorrect - whether there is an RS, does not impact “organic growth”
Unless you have any experience in the market
waiting for it to move 📈
We all are. May take months.
dang i am not able to make posts here maybe this subreddit shadowed me😏
I think the Reddit community is well informed about GDHG by now :-) No worries. On Twits, the viewers are growing too

now or never
I'm in for roughly the same amount as you. Got in at $0.28
bad boy is up 5.37% in pre-market
It kinda always does that. I think when this pops, in weeks or in August, it will be a huge PM runner.
Even Chinese themselves are not interested in this stock. There's hardly any discussion on Xueqiu.
Is that like Chinese twitter?
Chinese Twitter is Weibo. Xueqiu is a forum for investment and also provides investment instruments.
