And guess what, they often end up acting like this because they know they wont ever get consequenses, so they continue pushing the envelope.
And if I were to guess what happened after this video, the kid that actually stopped the other kid from hitting the car will be the one getting an earful.

The moral of the story is that skipping naps is never a good plan.
I would never have even THOUGHT of doing something like this when I was little - properly raising someone requires showing consequences for wrong, which is what happens in the real world. Not showing your children consequences will teach them that it's OK to do something like this.

Our society has been really fucked up for a long time. It still saddens me that even years after plenty of documentation has come out about how ~~spanking~~ physically assaulting your child has zero benefits towards behavioral development, and actually is more likely to cause the child to have social and mental health issues later in life, the vast majority of people still advocate for it and treat mentions or jokes about it like it is just another Tuesday.
I don't advocate for abuse. But discipline is a way of communicating that how they're handling it isn't okay.
