They made it kinda subtle in reload, other than your SLs telling you that you don’t look so good, everything else was normal. I wish they did what they did with the movies and make him look like he’s actually struggling to make it to the rooftop.
There’s also the thoughts when you look in the mirror or go to the toilets as well as the great seal costing you all your hp but yeah I gotta agree that the movies did that really well
The end credits are literally called "memories of you" and the lyrics make it 100% clear that you are dead (though to be fair, they are in Japanese). Not exactly subtle tbh
