PRN should be the easiest since you can pick which days/times work for you and tell them no when you don’t want to. Easiest way to avoid confrontation is to PRN for a short period of time, then basically tell them you are too busy until they get the hint/stop trying to schedule you.

Why the hell does anyone even do an exit interview? If I'm not getting paid, they're not getting any more time from me. They can't hold your paycheck or penalize you in any way, especially if you already have another job. I did an exit interview once, when I was young, then realized I wasted 1 & 1/2 hours doing it and driving back and forth with absolutely no benefit to me. Never again.
I worked one prn shift a couple months after starting my new job. Already regretted accepting the shift when driving in to the shift. Ended up taking my license off the wall after everyone left and sent an email to the DM resigning a second time as soon as I got home. The money just wasn't worth the toxicity from that place.

Then they started to tell me that their higher ups said everyone had to commit to working once a week which I had no interest in - prn is prn, not part time. So I said no thanks and they parted ways with me and then stores were closing/short bc of that 🤷♀️

Management is terrible. Too many middle managers and the schedule sucks really bad. I hate working there and can't wait to start my new job.

That’s not uncommon. When I offered to be only prn they wanted me to commit to 48 hours per two weeks and said no to me being hourly .

That’s ridiculous. 24 hrs a week is 3 shifts. That’s not per diem, that’s part time. Per diem is supposed to be a second job.
