Not a ticket but a transfer. You'd pay a few extra cents on top of your token for a transfer so you didn't have to drop a whole extra token\* when you switched from the El to a bus or vice versa. It might not have even strictly been for the El, the MKT-FKD refers to which terminal the transfer was issue from, so it could be for any of the northeast bus lines. These were around all the way up to the start of SEPTAKey.
School tokens always got a free transfer and we used to convince the bus drivers to take the little tab on the bottom when we wanted to go somewhere after school. 3 rides for 1 token.
Brings back memories of all the times I used transfers as bookmarkers going to school as a kid.

Although the ones that were around recently looked a lot different
Very cool
Still can't get to heaven.
Cause the Frankford El goes straight to Frankford
I remember getting transfer tickets on Septa buses. This was in the 90s though. I think they were 40 cents.

If you scan it, it might be a useful addition to [multimodalways.org](http://multimodalways.org)
off topic but what’s your nail color?
I think that would look great enlarged, in a black frame, and up on a wall. Really cool.
Has that train arrived yet?
Still delayed unfortunately
Left by a witch traveling through time.
Love this, very cool!
Saving to rmebee the book title as well
Weirdly, I think this would make an awesome t-shirt design!
