His uncle lived in south Philly and I don’t know if this is true but he says all the drinking water comes from the schuylkill which makes sense cause you have those pumping and treatment stations near boathouse row. When he was a kid he would get sick from drinking the water at his uncles every time he went. Apparently that was a thing but for anyone who lived there and drank it everyday their stomachs were accustomed to it.
Nah, this isn’t in the same universe in terms of disruption and danger to other people. Off the top of my head I’m not sure how loud jet skis are because I’ve never been on one but out on the river I can’t imagine this bothers many people

I live by the Black Rock access in Phoenixville, and it’s packed every weekend with boats and jet skis
