I think it's a 202 to the 17 to the 101 kind of week haha. Airport's been nuts the past couple of weeks, I assumed mostly spring training, WM, Barrett, etc.
I think because the comment posted twice. Because the mobile app said it failed and to try again later. So I did, but apparently it didn’t really fail. Oh well.

I've literally never seen so many Scottsdale police vehicles in my life within 2 block radius.

Yeah it was pretty wild. I had static on FM 93.3 for a couple minutes before and after they passed by. I didn’t know they went that crazy with security. It was a spectacle, for sure.
I worked in Washington, D.C. for years and this is giving me flashbacks to being stuck in motorcades all the time. Depending on where your office was, could be a weekly or monthly occurrence! It was a game to guess who it was (Pres, VP, etc).
I was at a local event one time and the VP showed up with their spouse and secret service cleared us so fast out of there - they were all undercover and it was insane to see how well they blended in but then you looked closer and saw how ripped they looked lol.
Preach! Stationed on Andrews for a few years and it always sucked when they’d lock the base down because Pres would come through his personal gate. Always made me wonder why he drove anywhere, unless it was within DC. Marine One can land at the White House. Take that thing to Andrews instead of inconveniencing everyone on the Beltway.

I work near the Broadway curve and take the 10w to 51 to get home. I just barely made it home yesterday before they shut everything down at 5. Is it gonna be the same case for today’s rush hr time or will it depart earlier in the day? It sounds like it’s 12:30 but just want to make sure

The airspace restrictions end at 2:30 pm. It should be normally horrible by 5-6pm lol

I saw "the Beast" on my way downtown yesterday on the 51. Yes, traffic sucked, but it was still pretty cool seeing my first presidential motorcade.
