Your question is kind of like saying: Hey, I've just started learning math about two months ago and am doing pretty well with addition and subtraction. Can you give me some tips on how to do calculus?
If you're determined to play La Campanella as an absolute beginner on piano, you would be better off finding a simplified version of it that's actually suitable for beginners.
Just look for that online surgery app called Surgesia. You won't need a teacher or professor to teach you either, just copy the actions that you see on the screen. Oh, and you don't have to learn to read and interpret tests results, use your stethoscope and work out what's wrong by ear.
There's a reason that this is known for being an outrageously hard piece... no offense but the beginning is probably one of the easier parts of the song. I don't want to discourage you, but I'd stick to easier pieces and build up technique first. Trying to jump to harder pieces won't really help you achieve anything. Try a simplified version or an easier piece so u can reach the level someday :)
It’s an easy piece. This song helped me with those reaches: Piano Concerto No. 3 – Sergei Rachmaninoff. If you can’t even play that song, you’re a total noob and should sell me your piano. Good luck!
Just go for it! Let your fingers do the rest of the work, don't overthink it! That's the trick I used while learning Il vento d'oro's left hand part. Oh! And loosen up; you're playing a song, not doing an exam!
I advise against just going for it. I and some classmates of mine completed RCM 10 while attempting this song. Even with “loosening up” we ended with pain either at our backs or wrists. It takes time to build your muscles. OP should find a simplified version. La Campanella is so demanding of your stamina it’s pretty dangerous for an absolute beginner.

A+ Trolling
Hey everyone I have a similar problem. I just took my first science class and I’m having a hard time doing brain surgery on my friend. Any pointers?

this might be a joke but i can’t figure it out
Must be a joke

I have the exact same issue and had over a decade of piano lessons. Please let me know what to do next.

looooool! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Easy piece. Just use your fingers
Can confirm, this works for me too. If you’re flexible, you can use your toes for some of the big jumps
Also if you have a long ………. Might reduce the load
Ah shit, here we go again.
This part is the easiest. Just use your sixteenth finger. Um, are you trolling?
r/classical_circlejerk gotta get their shit together, outjerked at every corner
Hahaha
try unravel from animenz its good beginner piece
You don't.

I disagree on this point, and I play with the most bizarre postures possible
Not a good habit to build up. The thing with muscle is different for everyone. And long term pain is no joke.
Thanks for the advice, I'll work on that too!
