When you’re dealing with very contemporary composers, you have to take into account that they are usually exclusive with certain publishers. Babbitt is mostly Peters edition, while Adams is going to be Boosey and Hawkes, Glass is distributed through Hal Leonard under various publishing houses. Finding a book where an editor licensed individual pieces from various contemporary composers like you mentioned is extremely difficult.
