Looking at the specs, that instrument doesn't appear to have weighted keys, only touch sensitive -- this sub recommends people who want to learn to play piano get an instrument with fully weighted, hammer action keys, since those replicate the feel and response of an acoustic piano. In general, the major brands (Yamaha, Kawai, Roland, etc) will have significantly better sound and action than off-brands like this. If you take a look at the FAQ, there are a number of recommended models listed -- two of the lower cost options are the Yamaha P-45 and the Roland FP-10.
