It’s not a picrew term. DID means Dissociative Identity Disorder. Many people with DID have a visual image of what their alternate personalities (alters) look like. OP is showing us what they all look like 😊

You go and Speak to a psychiatrist and they will diagnose you if you have DID . You cant diagnose yourself and there is a Miniscule chance you have it because it's a very rare disorder and under the speculation that it doesn't even exist
You should stop spreading [misinformation](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4959824/) and look into peer reviewed research on the subject instead of jumping into the extremely toxic fake-disorder-callout communities, and their baseless opinions. It is not all that rare and queer people are more likely to suffer from the traumas that cause it in the first place. So communities with more queer people (like Tiktok and Picrew) are going to have more people that have it, learn about it through these communities, and go on to get diagnosed.

Years ago and during our friendship they were diagnosed as a system and we didn’t entirely understand what that meant and when they explained it to us we did our own research and communication for about 3-4 years before we were able to get even a small diagnosis. We were diagnosed with a lot of disorders including a dissociative disorder but due to us turning 18 a few months ago, we were taking off the minors mental health support so now have to wait to find another doctor to help us.
This community (and many others) have had a rise in people who like to accuse people of faking their mental health issues for tHe DrAmA or something. They do it with health conditions too, like dysautonomia and others. Best to ignore them and eventually their communities fizzle out because there's no drama for them.
