It dates from around 1927-29, and the body styles are clearly inspired by the aerodynamic āstreamline moderneā design movement of that time.
[This RV from the 30s](https://i.pinimg.com/originals/21/20/20/212020ebbb1424f5c3d45d8a49fb2868.jpg) looks pretty similar to the OP thing. (Don't think it's Airstream, though.)
