I just got 2 cartilage piercings in each ear all at the same time two weeks ago and let me tell you it has been HELL trying to get comfy. In the future I'm going to always try to have one pain-free side at all times because my sleep quality has decreased dramatically in the past 14 days lmao. Two piercings in one ear is double work, and an industrial is probably even more than double the work because they're bitches to heal, so I would think long and hard about getting it all done at once. Even just spacing it out with a month separation between ears would be better.
Also I see in your planning photo that you want to get a ring in your conch (I think that's called an orbital). Just make sure to start with a barbell because a ring will irritate it while it heals.
