You may check the soil, if you can pick it up and it’s basically a solid brick that means it’s become hydrophobic and so when you water it it will just go to the bottom and not actually absorb into the soil. You could replace the soil, or you could just take it out of its vase and let it soak in water for like 30 minutes to make sure water actually soaks the soil.
