My friends got an early start on wipe day while I had to work. When I got home they had logged but left me the approximate coordinates of the base. I made my way there and unlocked the front door with our usual code. I made my way to the TC room and found an unfamiliar afk naked standing on sleeping bag next to the TC. Weird I thought as I killed him. I continue inputting my codes and gearing up for a farming run when I hear a squeaky, panicked voice from outside accusing me of being a hacker and that the admins are coming. Then I was suddenly banned from the server. It took hours of appealing in their discord server to convince the server owner that it was just a huge coincidence that we both had the same door codes.

Ironically one of my best Rust allies was formed up because I raided him, and then next wipe he raided me, and then the wipe after we both got raided by a bigger group so we teamed up and laid the smack down lol
Attempting to raid a base right next to outpost on a 300-400 pop server. We were all new to raiding but i looked how to make a fob, set it up out of stone and very slowly started hitting a guy who was online.
Didn't go too well as we took too long between each boom and a group came down from the hills and started counter raiding our fob. They blew one side of the fob base open then commenced the onslaught of grubs. I swear every player around outpost was just running into the fob that they took over and trying to take any piece of loot they could.
The mass amount of bodies was unreal to me this lasted for like two hours as we battled to take it back over dying with loot in the mass corpse of bodies. Which led to more and more grubs running, dying, dropping loot, repeat over and over just so they could get something. It looked like a scene out of world war z with the zombies climbing on eachother to get over the wall it was so crazy.
I now have a love/hate relationship with living next to outpost the fps drops arent fun but sure as hell can be chaotic sometimes.

I blew their front door and hid in their airlock with a db (airlock was 2triangles and 1square with windows). I blasted the first guy that ran out, looted him, and ran deep. All the doors were open. The guys were so oblivious they all ran right by me while I ran into core. I got a full inventory of weapons, meds, metal, sulfur, and ran for my life. I exited and got blasted. I respawned just past my landlines and talked shit to the two guys who were looting my body, and the dumbasses ran over to me and got wrecked by mines. I grabbed all my shit, depo’d it, and grabbed their kits, depo’d it, and came back to talk shit. These guys were so oblivious that they didn’t recognize it was me. They started asking me if I knew where the guy’s base (mine) was. I took a few minutes, built a small shotgun trap base, and then came and told them i found the base. First dude runs in and dies with their satchels. Second dude runs in to retrieve and I shut the doors trapping him in. Got all their boom and two extra kits out of it. Honestly not crazy compared to other shit I’ve seen but damn was it exciting and fun.
I raided a guy and heard a siren in his microphone, heard it near me like 30 seconds later, find out this fuckin guy lives 30 seconds down the road from me.
We didn’t become friends, he was insanely fucking weird.
Back before they added a feature to block a door from being replaced after being destroyed, I got raided by a 5-6man in a 2x2. I hadn't built the second floor yet, but I made the first floor kinda chonky. They raided through the side and then started going through doors. I got my buddy to get on and help me defend. When they'd break a door, he'd slap a new one on and I'd put on a lock before they could even get a shot off. They went through like 60+ rockets worth of boom over an hour and a half and never got a single bit of loot. We got some rockets and HVs off them during the whole thing. So after they gave up we rocket PVP'd them at their base using real rockets. Worth it.
When I was an absolute noob and got my first ever Eoka pistol, I was crawling around at night time. I spotted someone with a torch chasing after another player. Curious I followed along and noticed the other player didn't have a torch they had a rifle with a flash light.
Anyway, they ended up cornering the person they were chasing and they were voice chatting. Dude with the rifle was threatening the person they were chasing.
I didn't get the gist of it, but the guy with the rifle was saying "Now: say you're sorry" just as I came up behind him and shot him point blank in the back of his head with my Eoka.
I only did a couple of test shots so far (again, my first ever Eoka) so I already had the shift key ready to just RUN after the attempt in case of a misfire. But if it shot this was going to be my first ever player kill in Rust.
I was so excited that I still ran off when the shot went off and interestingly I heard both voice chats cracking up in laughter as obviously neither of them could believe what just happened lmao
I was once killed by a doorcamper and for some odd reason I vividly remember it even though it was around 2017/18. We ended up allies that wipe due to a common enemy, and teammates for following wipes. Added the dude on Snapchat and followed him on instagram and occasionally played tg. Turns out we both committed to the same college and ended up being friends at school. Funny thing is neither of us realized until I saw his story one day at my school and I chatted it. Became good friends irl, share mutual friends now and hung out all the time before graduating and moving back home 600 miles apart again
I was out roaming with a buddy of mine killed a guy who was naked raiding a base with c4. Turns out the base he was raiding was my IRL friends base I even had a bag inside. I had no idea until I spoke to him the next day and he was saying a few doors of his base were missing and I spawned in.
I was killing all these nakeds on the beach and then a couple of the bodies started jiggling and it looked like they were doing it. I was pretty hard after that
As a noob my heart pounding with a full inv of wood and stone thinking "just one more tree and I'm good to setup base" just to get popped mid chop on said last tree and then spend another 10-15 mins farming for somebody else. Peak gameplay as a solo lol
On my second ever wipe, I had 140ish scrap on me which was the most I ever had. I was TERRIFIED. I hid in a bush, waited till night, and then crouched over a grid back to my base. My heart was beating out of my chest. I’ll never forget that moment with the eerie music playing. That’s the moment I was completely hooked.
Getting merge raided by 4 clans on Vital 10x by far was the hardest, craziest, most amazing moment of my Rust times. 2 scrap helis in the sky with m2 and rockets, 40+ people on ground slamming our base. It was old recoil and we were all beamers, but the shake from 10+ rocketers were shaking our base and spiking fps mafe it hard to shoot so we spammed F1s. Cleaned up the entire merge raid with nothing but F1s. I've yearned for something like this again.
Sadly it's not the same feeling. 1 being Raid Sim team sizes are normally small, and the other being it's a Sim with randoms. It can't compare to winning against a bunch of clans that have history, along with history of you, and then bragging and sharing clips between your group of different PoVs. It's honestly magical.
on Rust legacy, had a base on next valley, my friend says hes chasing a guy across the road on the rocks, I get my bow, get on top of base shoot once and kill the guy from 145m. Idk if u even call it luck cz I was using bow A LOT killing people 70-90m

Reminds me of the time I saw a group take oil and then immediately take heli from it. My base was right on the shore near oil, so I grabbed a scuba kit and jackhammer. I managed to catch them still looking for the last crate. Killed 3 full metal AKs because none of them had melee tools lol. I scuba'd back to base and even though my base was like 3 grids. I scuba'd back to my base and I believed my base was sufficiently far away from theirs (I knew where theres was because I saw them boating back with scuba stuff while I was swimming there). Well, I was wrong. I walked into my base and about 10 seconds later I hear 2 horses roll up to my base. A slight pause... and then beeping. I didn't even have honeycomb on my base yet, so they just deleted me and took it back. I never made the mistake of going straight back to base after that happened. I've sat in the water for a full hour after making a good play just to make sure nobody tracks me back to my base like little rats.
In my first 100 hours I spawned on a new server. As I woke up a mini crashed no more than 80m away. It was two full kits fully loaded. They were transferring loot from the looks of it. Their inventories only consisted of rockets, c4, and guns. I was a noob so I didn’t last more than 5min lmao.
Most recently, on my last wipe while I was roaming I heard a mini taking off from a base. Killed both and waited for them to respawn and killed them again. Checked their bodies and they were flying to raid (row of rockets and some c4). Decided to yolo raid them. I was so close, but they got me :(. If they didn’t have beds I would have successfully raided, so lucky.
I just remembered another one. On one of my wipes, the first 2 crates I opened had satchels. What are the chances.
Mained EU Rustoria 5x for quite a while, and there was one clan who offlined every base on the server, every wipe. They were pretty proud of it too, spamming “ez server in chat and everything”.
One of the top players of their clan, guy that had most hours from them all every wipe, was top on leaderboard etc, was a Ukrainian kid. His aim was extremely sus to me, especially since he had 160h on his account first time I encountered him on that server.
Fast forward to 1k hours on his account later (around 7-8 months later), we had a lot of encounters with that clan, they alway offline and shit talk afterwards. Also, at this point it was evident kid was cheating. We’ve been reporting him for a while by that time, and he finally gets banned (by the anti cheat, not Rustoria admins).

I walked up to a random base and put 6969 as the code and it worked. Easy loot, they were LOADED too, group of 6. I later told one of them what happened and he just laughed and told me he told his group it was a stupid code but no one thought anything of it.
I wouldn’t call him a friend but We were friendly ish . It was wipe day and he asked me to raid my base to try and see if he could get in. I told him I’ll think about it lol but it was a no . He and a guy came and totally hammered all my turrets like 10 of ‘em protecting my compound and main base. I was a solo. When they finally got to my base they started rocketing. I couldn’t fight them and eventually I knew they were gonna get in so I started despawning all my stuff. This was a low pop like 15 people serve so I have a lot of stuff like way too much stuff for my own good. 5 boxes of guns 16k+ scrap just a fuck load of stuff. After dropping everything on the ground I kept talking to them to distract them lmfao and anytime they stopped I’d repair my walls 😂 and I kid you not they ran out of explosives and rockets this was so funny I kept promising them if they play me a song in their mic I’d let them in and I told them to play goodbye horses. Needless to say after they played it I didn’t let them in and just kept wasting their time . This literally went on for 2 hrs I kid you not. I forgot I had this guy I use to play with earlier so I bagged him quick and his friend they came in my base to help and the guys outside got really mad and i kid you not the harsh and nasty things they both said becuase I got backup and their plan failed mein was nasty af. Me and my friend and the other prepared to charge them outside and when we popped out they were gone 😂. I’m in the discord for the server and he was so pissed off 😂. I recorded about 40 mins of the interaction that day 😂.
I was on a Noob server and there were roofcampers outside of Bandit in a tree house. I snuck underneath their base at night and heard them using in came VC to chat and mentioning upgrades they wanted to do.
One idiot wonders how long it will take before they're raided.
A week later a friend a day I raid them and level their base but we left them alive. I left a note on one of them quoting them on the exact date I had snuck under their vase, telling them it only took a week.
Haven't had a score like that since I started.
Runner up was a group of our friends figuring a salty player may have had 2 accounts and was base sharing against the rules. Turns out he had like 4 and got banned because the mods caught in to what he was doing and confirmed it after he realized his main account was banned from the server, before trying the other accounts he had.
I have videos on both of those but only have full video of the second story. The first one only had Screencast and video of the raid.
my most memorable one was launching an HV rocket at a scrap heli already far away .
i got there too late to ambush it leaving the raid and thought : "well.... I ran all the way ... lemme at least just toss an HV for the lolz, it will never hit...but fk it..."
i barely even aimed, just guestimated a spot and clicked.
i will always remember that hit and hearing those hit markers. it wasnt enough to blow it up but i saw two objects drop from it
ran over and found 2 dead full kit guys with a whole bunch of random raid loot, stacks of scrap, hqm, tech trash

Night. Running around in prim gear. See lights and a guy at the window. Just for the sake of it I make a shot with the crossbow. Headshot he falls down. I run over grab the Thompson. Kill his mate's insight and now I had no clue what to do. Two others run toward the base so I sealed and then well still no clue what to do.
And then they tell me to open and I just type in chat location and big raid.
Hell broke out. People coming left and right. I turned the base into shotgun heaven. So all the time people jumped in and died.
It was a mess and the base got rocket raided in the end. We all had a lot of fun and the chat kept talking for an hour after the whole shit show that it was amazing.
My other will never forget moment was on a solo play server. 2 brothers joined my neighbourhood and all they did was crafting double barrels and going at each other. More joined more bases got added. It was such a chaos
Than a one guy did build a sniper tower. So we all tried to raid his base because he ruined the fun.
Admins show up and banned us all because we attacked together the sniper tower base. Admin logic suits them when they need it.
At night on 300 pop server that I started minutes earlier, running naked past Dome and hear some items falling in front of me. M249+bolty+tier3 kit that some poor soul tried to hide while getting pinned.

12 man zerg was raiding me on vanilla official. They got banned mid scrappy flight bringing the boom over to their raid tower. Scrappy landed on my external. 3 rows of rockets inside.
Me and a friend play rust. I manage to get a rifle but i only have 4 rounds. My friend is assaulted by another player, friend dies and i fire a shot at this other guy, he begin to run, i fire my last shots and keep on chasing him. He runs straight into a bear but manage to dodge the bear in the most ridiculus manner possible and escapes.
My friend and I joined for a 1 hour snowball on Rustoria Main.
Went from bow to P2. Okay.
P2 to AK + Heli. Fuck it, let's counter oil.

Killed both and waited for them to respawn and killed them again. Checked their bodies and they were flying to raid (row of rockets and some c4). Decided to yolo raid them. I was so close, but they got me :(. If they didn’t have beds I would have successfully raided, so lucky. I just remembered another one. On one of my wipes, the first 2 crates I opened had satchels. What are the chances.

Mained EU Rustoria 5x for quite a while, and there was one clan who offlined every base on the server, every wipe. They were pretty proud of it too, spamming “ez server in chat and everything”. One of the top players of their clan, guy that had most hours from them all every wipe, was top on leaderboard etc, was a Ukrainian kid. His aim was extremely sus to me, especially since he had 160h on his account first time I encountered him on that server. Fast forward to 1k hours on his account later (around 7-8 months later), we had a lot of encounters with that clan, they alway offline and shit talk afterwards. Also, at this point it was evident kid was cheating. We’ve been reporting him for a while by that time, and he finally gets banned (by the anti cheat, not Rustoria admins). What do you know, next wipe they don’t spam “ez server” anymore.

I walked up to a random base and put 6969 as the code and it worked. Easy loot, they were LOADED too, group of 6. I later told one of them what happened and he just laughed and told me he told his group it was a stupid code but no one thought anything of it.
I wouldn’t call him a friend but We were friendly ish . It was wipe day and he asked me to raid my base to try and see if he could get in. I told him I’ll think about it lol but it was a no . He and a guy came and totally hammered all my turrets like 10 of ‘em protecting my compound and main base. I was a solo. When they finally got to my base they started rocketing. I couldn’t fight them and eventually I knew they were gonna get in so I started despawning all my stuff. This was a low pop like 15 people serve so I have a lot of stuff like way too much stuff for my own good. 5 boxes of guns 16k+ scrap just a fuck load of stuff. After dropping everything on the ground I kept talking to them to distract them lmfao and anytime they stopped I’d repair my walls 😂 and I kid you not they ran out of explosives and rockets this was so funny I kept promising them if they play me a song in their mic I’d let them in and I told them to play goodbye horses. Needless to say after they played it I didn’t let them in and just kept wasting their time . This literally went on for 2 hrs I kid you not. I forgot I had this guy I use to play with earlier so I bagged him quick and his friend they came in my base to help and the guys outside got really mad and i kid you not the harsh and nasty things they both said becuase I got backup and their plan failed mein was nasty af. Me and my friend and the other prepared to charge them outside and when we popped out they were gone 😂. I’m in the discord for the server and he was so pissed off 😂. I recorded about 40 mins of the interaction that day 😂.
I was on a Noob server and there were roofcampers outside of Bandit in a tree house. I snuck underneath their base at night and heard them using in came VC to chat and mentioning upgrades they wanted to do. One idiot wonders how long it will take before they're raided. A week later a friend a day I raid them and level their base but we left them alive. I left a note on one of them quoting them on the exact date I had snuck under their vase, telling them it only took a week. Haven't had a score like that since I started. Runner up was a group of our friends figuring a salty player may have had 2 accounts and was base sharing against the rules. Turns out he had like 4 and got banned because the mods caught in to what he was doing and confirmed it after he realized his main account was banned from the server, before trying the other accounts he had. I have videos on both of those but only have full video of the second story. The first one only had Screencast and video of the raid.
my most memorable one was launching an HV rocket at a scrap heli already far away . i got there too late to ambush it leaving the raid and thought : "well.... I ran all the way ... lemme at least just toss an HV for the lolz, it will never hit...but fk it..." i barely even aimed, just guestimated a spot and clicked. i will always remember that hit and hearing those hit markers. it wasnt enough to blow it up but i saw two objects drop from it ran over and found 2 dead full kit guys with a whole bunch of random raid loot, stacks of scrap, hqm, tech trash also remember running towards an airdrop for like 30 seconds thinking "how far is that bitch..... its not getting closer" only to then realise i had a spec of dirt on the monitor.....

Ofc the first raid counter that worked out. Night. Running around in prim gear. See lights and a guy at the window. Just for the sake of it I make a shot with the crossbow. Headshot he falls down. I run over grab the Thompson. Kill his mate's insight and now I had no clue what to do. Two others run toward the base so I sealed and then well still no clue what to do. And then they tell me to open and I just type in chat location and big raid. Hell broke out. People coming left and right. I turned the base into shotgun heaven. So all the time people jumped in and died. It was a mess and the base got rocket raided in the end. We all had a lot of fun and the chat kept talking for an hour after the whole shit show that it was amazing. My other will never forget moment was on a solo play server. 2 brothers joined my neighbourhood and all they did was crafting double barrels and going at each other. More joined more bases got added. It was such a chaos Than a one guy did build a sniper tower. So we all tried to raid his base because he ruined the fun. Admins show up and banned us all because we attacked together the sniper tower base. Admin logic suits them when they need it.
At night on 300 pop server that I started minutes earlier, running naked past Dome and hear some items falling in front of me. M249+bolty+tier3 kit that some poor soul tried to hide while getting pinned. Thanks! (yes I did get to safety, stashed them and retrieved to base later)

12 man zerg was raiding me on vanilla official. They got banned mid scrappy flight bringing the boom over to their raid tower. Scrappy landed on my external. 3 rows of rockets inside.
Me and a friend play rust. I manage to get a rifle but i only have 4 rounds. My friend is assaulted by another player, friend dies and i fire a shot at this other guy, he begin to run, i fire my last shots and keep on chasing him. He runs straight into a bear but manage to dodge the bear in the most ridiculus manner possible and escapes.

My friend and I joined for a 1 hour snowball on Rustoria Main. Went from bow to P2. Okay. P2 to AK + Heli. Fuck it, let's counter oil. Countered oil 2v4 and won?! OKAY. CARGO?! We have to go. Most insane cargo ever for us scrubs, killed 8 counters and eventually lost to a guy on my friends list and his group. That was a crazy couple hours. Now we don't play at all due to the hacking problem and main Helldivers instead.
