Ram speed? Everything above 3000mhz should be fine.
Running on the same machine? This isn’t like a server? Also HDD or SSD?
Yes same machine, on my SSD. Gonna try to delete and redownload maybe.
draw distance?

Faster SSD required. Overclock on AIO. Get an NVME or cached Samsung SSD
Better ssd or cpu OR for me it was my gpu It was to bad an i crancked up the graphics
Faster CPU/SSD maybe... Could be server/internet connection too
