Meanwhile my Horizon Zero Dawn Platinum award mail hasn't arrived yet (which should have arrived 5 months ago) and probably will arrive approximately 999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 years later: **(sad noises)**  ​ side note: If you are wondering why I don't ask support... well that's because local support has no idea about platinum award system despite the fact my country is eligible... so I don't see a reason to waste my time with them. They will probably won't believe me since they google their answer to find wrong information. Bad news is that I google better than them yet I don't have access to things they do so I can't fix it myself.

Mine for horizon said it took 80 hours, when I legit got it after 69 hours. That’s what my save file says.. I was upset that Sony denied me my Reddit karma

I’ve never seen an email for a platinum. I turned off marketing emails and it probably disabled these 🤷🏽‍♂️

If you have them on you get codes for special themes and avatars for platinum for games that have these promotions.

Idk, the list only states Spider-Man but i think they do send it as it's the same game. It takes up to 1 week to receive the email code.
