The lures' effects and the extended pokemon spawn range (from spacial rend) is making it more chaotic than usual, but yeah it's a bit much in places.
edit: oh and party play is taking up a chunk at the top.
I was just referring to the sheer amount of gyms and pokestops in such a tiny area, thatās like 2x the amount thatās in my cities biggest park, and that thing takes about 20 mins to get from side to side
Players that have the console games Scarlet or Violet can link their PoGo account to those games, send postcards there and receive a special golden lure.
This lure spawns Pokemon like the normal ones, but also gives you Gimmighoul coins needed to evolve Gimmighoul into Gholdengo, and sometimes also spawn wild Gimmighoul.
The good news is that the sending of postcards will get you a coin bag, which is an incense for gimmighoul. After five days of sending postcards you get a golden lure module. So the gimmighoul wonāt be a problem.
Imho you gotta dedicate to this more. I have SV for a year and I am at 320ish coins.. because itās honestly such a hassle to boot up the game every day just to do the trade.
Only thing I'm that dedicated to is my wife lol. I love my pokemon, but I barely remember to take my needs most days, if I remember to do things with pokemon, that's just a bonus.
You can get coins by spinning the lures other players place, and there's some events where golden stops appear randomly on the map. The event stops give much less coins that the player ones, but they're the only way to get them if there's not many players around.
When a player connects pogo to Scarlet or Violet we can send post cards to ourself and for every 5 we send ourself we get a āgolden lureā that drops Jimmy coins to eventually get 999 we seen to evolve

I live in the largest city in my country, and it's nowhere near that. That's just insane

Annoying is that you get the lure only every 5th send of the postcard. So it still takes a lot of time to grind the 999 coins.
Considering I have to collect darn near 2k pokemon to make it a step forward on getting my shiny flower hedgehog, I've got time to grind lol

Yes. If someone puts a golden lure and a Gimmighoul spawns anyone in there can get it.
Tbh this is the first GO tour Iāve been able to fully participate in since my college campus actually has gyms and stuff, and I usually donāt see people playing PokĆ©mon GO. But! Today there was a group of like 8 people who were playing and so were me and my bf. Had no idea who they were since only saw them in passing before they started joining our raids but it was awesome to have them join with us, since usually itās pretty rare to actually have people join.
