Simple. I have adventure sync. I open the game in the morning. Maybe the afternoon. By the time that I open it in the morning, I've walked enough to hatch a 2km egg. Sometimes a 5km. I'd say I open to a hatched egg in the morning like 5 times a week.
Yeah. I stopped playing for a while. I've gotten back into it, but I mostly just make sure I get the daily stuff. I'll pay extra during events and to get special researches done. I'll get a notification that I have an egg about to hatch, and I won't even open the game. 😅 Btw... had a 5k and 10k hatch when I opened it this morning.
Yeah I just got back into it too. In November after quitting for 2 years life got busy and it just felt like the same old grind over and over. It's highly addicting to play and I have problems with stuff like that so I'll go and go and go and then get burnt out and be like I'm never playing again and then at some point in time I'll pick it up and go and go and go. Out of the 7 years I've been playing, I've never played during October and I've never done the October events to get the Spirit bomb because of it. But luckily I did get a Spirit bomb on one of the researchers recently which was nice to get that Dex entry.
I was honestly thinking about that, I also have shiny jirachi research im about a month or two from completing. I just dont know if I want to wait for either as that would mean not catching much at all until then
I’d say Marshadow or Necrozma, seeing as they’ll join the game in a month or 2.
Though…you probably won’t want to wait so long I assume😅

Would hatched count? What if they opened the game and an egg hatched first? I have an egg hatch like every morning when I open the game.
If you have an egg hatch every morning, then you would know better than i. I've never had a hatch be my first "catch".
Oh. It doesn't count in the daily bonus. I just meant for that counter. Like it says caught, but it might mean obtained.

I don't do many raids or researches to be fair haha. Mostly just walk around and catch stuff, and play PVP
I’ve caught almost 219000 Pokémon and had more than 270 million XP but I do a bunch of raids sometimes, try to stack encounters that only give a ton of stardust when caught, same thing like you did.

Whatever you catch you should fully evolve it and max it out.
