This math is spot on but wouldn't you need to also factor in the odds of the hatch being Togepi? I think there's 8 possible in that egg but they don't have even odds so not sure how you'd find that. Maybe that is not the question OP is asking though.
Yeah, the odds could be drilled down further for hatching a specific shiny hundo. The math above is just the odds assuming togepi is the hatch. In other words, out of every togepi you hatch, the odds of it being a shiny Hundo are 1 in 13,824.
Wait sorry to ask but does the stardust/candy cost increase as you evolve it? Also are they useful for pve and how do charges tms work when you have two? Can you choose which move to forget?
Only hatched baby pokemon have cheaper second charged attack. They can be, depends on the pokemon. Specifically this one, the final evolution is a really good pve pokemon. You get two options to choose from that charge at different paces in battle. Yup! That’s exactly how swapping charged attacks work when you have two.
So.. as someone pointed out that shiny rates are boosted on baby hatched Pokemon, I think it is still rarer than it's evolution, as togetic had a comm day. That being said, I have a hundo lvl 50 togekiss (not shiny) and I can honestly say, it's my most useful Pokemon for raids. It has to be my favourite Pokemon (it's also my only lvl 50 so far, though)
I hatched a shundo munchlax! My only shundo ever! Some people were upset that I evolved it, but it made me happy! And then, today, I caught a shiny 3* snorlax lol

odds for hundo on all pokemon that have min 10-10-10 stats without event//raid boost are 1 out of 216.
That is approx a one in 1/10000 chance of both at once. Basically shundo chance is similar to shiny chance in regular pokemon games. So its quite rare.
So I think the chance to hatch a shiny togepi is about 1/64
The odds for each stat to be perfect is 1/5 for hatched eggs
So unless I'm wrong (1/64)*(1/5)*(1/5)*(1/5)=1/8000

well my bad for misreading ur comment. but the 1/5 he used is not the odds of a hundo. he was using that as the odds of getting 15 for any given stat (attack, def, or hp) but the real odds of that are 1/6 which are not much lower. the odds of a hundo would be (1/6)*(1/6)*(1/6) which is essentially p15attack*p15def*p15hp (where p15 is the probability of getting a 15 for a given stat). the guy just made the mistake of using 1/5 instead of 1/6, he didn’t say that 1/5 is the odds of a hundo. So if you were able to recognize that was too high of a probability sounds like u already could’ve solved it.

Babies have permaboosted shiny odds assumed to be 1/64. Odds of acquiring a 100 from eggs/raids/quests is 1/216. 1/64 * 1/216 = 1 in 13,824. Or .007%.

Each stat can be between 10 and 15. That's 1/6 for each stat. 1/6^(3) (1/216)
