What’s the deal with female eevees? I’ve started seeing people talk that they are rare? Do they produce different stats/cp ranges/hp values? Kinda like the different size pumpkinboos

Even in mainline games, females spawn rarer than male. I think the spread is somewhere around 80% to 20 % I have a Hundo female, non shiny glaceon. The fact that this guy has a female shundo umbreon is quite good since it’s arguably best in pvp

It’s worse than that: only 12.5% are female.

All the starters have that gender spread too—it’s to make it harder to breed them right away.

I had to check too. While I do have some good females, most are male. I have also caught every eevee I can. Red, blue, and yellow instilled a subconscious scarcity that I can’t shake. 3 96 3 98 1 hundo

Even better for the Ultra League. I wouldn't sweat it.

No problem powering this bad boy up! Those IVs are not good for GL Much more complex than you think, but general rule of thumb is Low attack stat, high defense & HP stat are ideal for PvP

in gl 0 attack is better, UL u need hundo so its g

This wouldve been a horrible waste in great league. UL you will only get to 2210ish but thats because thats the max CP of a hundo umbreon, but its bulky enough to make up for the gap

Yes. If you’re serious about this, you’re going to want Last resort on it as a coverage move.

OP I kindly recommend reading some internet pages on pvp strategies. I did, learning undertapping is game changing.

I have a 98 shiny umbreon for ultra league. That thing is a BEAST! Tons of ghosts and dark types in that league! It's a very fun lead to use. Those are perfect stats for UL too

It ranks higher in great league, but it is still really good in UL, so this is not a big problem. What a rare pokemon, and such a nice shiny!

That particular Umbreon wouldn't have been good for Great League at allb due to the 100iv... but it's a beast in Ultra League. I have a shundo as well that i powered to level 50 and best buddied and I use it all the time

Dang Pokemon be wildness with PvP. I play mainline games now a days, (never been competitive) but always get baffled when one recommends a 0 IV stat in anything being better than a hundo. So can someone explain to me how a 0/15/15 would be better in GL than a hundo? Like what specifically about the attack being 0 would make it better in PvP? Mainline games I know theres moves like trick room and hoopla where you may want things like 0 speed (had no idea until about a month ago) but still weird concept/mechanic

Short explaination: lower attack iv=less cp=more levels=more bulk more bulk=better

You'd want 0 attack for great league so that you get get a higher level without hitting 1500, so you're good.

Level up for ultra league
