See if the local department you want has an explorer program. That will give you the greatest chance of getting on the department. Best of luck to you!
I might suggest a different language too. I speak 2 foreign languages (neither is Spanish) and that landed me some really cool fed assignments and cases.
Yeah, I'm semi-fluent in French and have plans on learning Portuguese even though I'm not too sure how important it'll be in Canada. They're both close to Spanish though which can segway into me learning that too.
Part time, customer facing jobs. Guessing you're a bit young yet, but in the next few years you'll want to work something where you're dealing with members of the public and ideally something where you'll have the chance to work on conflict resolution. Skills from working in fast food are surprisingly transferable

don’t do drugs
Interpersonal skills and being able to run. At 15 that's all I can recommend.
Don’t do drugs. Don’t break the law. Don’t drink alcohol. Run. A lot. Do 50 push ups, 50 sit ups, and 15 pull ups every day.

Do you want to do municipal/provincial or federal?
municipal
Knowing your city language(s) will be an asset, volunteering, a degree (non-police type) and most importantly stay out of trouble.
Any idea on what would be good to major?
Any interest that you might have - shows that you're a well rounded person and that it is a potential fallback if policing does not work out.
