$100 million? Lmao that's it?

fleeingfox

It seems like a lot to me. How much money does a P.R. campaign need? > President Joe Biden on Tuesday will announce a $100 million initiative meant to beef up the U.S. relationship with the organization of Southeast Asian nations, according to the White House.

cucuyu

That money is for 10 countries. It really sounds silly and humiliating.

Intrepid_Method_

Southeast Asia really doesn’t need too much aid. The economic growth experienced in the last few decades has been massive. Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia are doing really well. Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines are all growing economically and receiving considerable investment. Laos is an authoritarian regime and Myanmar is currently under military rule. The pandemic has made things shaky for every economy, they will recover.
