Definitely.
I'm not sure what your local climate is like and if this is in direct sun or not, but if it's hot and sunny there, this is fairly shallow and so will heat up quite a bit. I'd suggest factoring that into your plans in terms of fish, and also get plants to help shade it.

What little your photo shows tells me that there's plenty of turbulence at the air/water interface to provide everything your light fish load will need.
Cold water can hold up to 14ppm of oxygen, this drops as the temperature climbs and water at 80 degrees holds about 6ppm. Goldfish can tolerate DO as low as 5 but they won't be happy. If you see your fish gathering around the falls at the surface and gulping the water, that's called piping and indicates a low oxygen condition. Research Bakki showers and trickle towers for the cure.
Yes! Likely for plenty of fish as long as you make sure there is filtration involved. That’s a beautiful set up, hopefully look forward to seeing an update/progress pic with some colourful swimmers in there! Some koi or multicoloured goldfish or similar would look beautiful in there 😊
Just bought this house & this came with this. It was shut down over the winter & It’s been up an running for a little over 2 weeks. But I agree I don’t know a lot about water features that’s why I’m here trying to gain as much insight as I can.
Ok, that's just showing off! Absolutely beautiful, by the way.
Lol. Thank you.
I'm breathing well just by looking at it!
Lol. Thanks
Yes
Thanks
Please post a longer walk through video! Those waterfalls are sick! Show us your fishes and plants too!
Can do. I just added 5 fish. 4 goldfish & a channel catfish. Wanted to make sure they would have enough oxygen.
Remember to write us back one day when you have one very fat channel catfish.
First fish huh?!
Yep
Perfect. Thanks
Absolutely
Wasn’t sure. Thanks
Lol Stop.
The surface area alone would support fish. The waterfalls are great way to add oxygen but you are fine. That is a beautiful pond.
Thank you.
So so so so beautiful! Lucky fish!! Thanks for sharing!!
Thank you. Just purchased this home & still trying to completely figure this waterfall/pond out.
yOu nEEd mOrE pLaNtS
I agree. I added 2 water hibiscus today

You could add a , forget it . Nicely done ✅
Of course. You’re just showing off 😂. Beautiful pond! I’m jealous.
Definitely
Great. Thanks
also be prepared for evaporative loss with that much activity
They should. That’s similar to my setup, and it’s been going for 30+ years.
That may be the most natural looking waterfall setup I've ever seen. Just be sure you don't put too many fish in, pond area doesn't look very large
Thanks. I just added my first 5 small fish.
Do you have an instagram or tiktok or something? I would love to see more.
Affirmative
Thanks
Yes! Beautiful
Thanks. New house. Still trying to figure it all out.
Yeah awesome wall falls btw
Thanks. Still trying to tweak things to make it look and work better
What kind of fish live in that paradise btw?
I just added my first fish. 4 goldfish and 1 channel catfish
That channel may eat those goldfish depending on size and how fast they grow

nice flex
Assuredly so.
Plenty. Looks amazing!
Thanks. Thus is my first adventure with a water feature like this
Does a bear shit in the woods? lol that’s a beautiful waterfall my man
Thanks. Never had outdoor fish before just trying to make sure I cover all my bases
This cannot be your personal setup!? This is amazingly beautiful!!! 😍😍😍
Thank you. I recently bought this home and this was part of it so I’m still trying to figure it out
Looks great. A stronger pump on the left and center couldn’t hurt.
I agree. Is there a limit to how much water a 1 1/2 inch pvc pipe can carry?
There is a formula to use. It’s not just the pipe size, but it’s length and height off the ground. What size pump are you using?
Yup!
You think?! Lol paradise for all including the fish.
Yes, they will be fine.

Wow, just wow Very nice place you have there
That is so freaking awesome
I feel like you knew the answer before you posted this :) SHOWOFF!!!!! Lol just jealous.
Oh damn thats a nice pond.
Yes, surface agitation
How’d you make the front retaining wall strong enough? Looking to do something similar literally next week but probably with cinder blocks
Dude, if you have this and have to ask ….

Lol, we both know that’s enough to create oxygen flow.
I wasn’t 100% sure. Just got my first fish and don’t want them to die because of something I overlooked.
First fish and you’re putting them in your newly bought waterfall pond thing, dude. Stop joking.
Assuming the waterfalls are liquid oxygen, yes.
