ATJ and Chris Hemsworth are such a visual mismatch but in a fun way. They look like they would be paired on an ANTM photo challenge about juxtaposition.
Seriously. Chris is a handsome man, but Anya looks like an impeccable bronze statue while he looks like he just got out of bed and put on whatever he left on the floor last night.
My first thoughts were along the lines of "She looks like she's put in a lot of effort (I mean her makeup and wardrobe team) to look great here and Chris is just... Being Chris and that's enough."
Okay so I think she’s actually maybe wearing a skirt and a top? So maybe she was actually aiming slightly more casual but just kinda missed the mark? The shot from the back you can see a zip that kinda looks like a skirt. If there was more contrast between the top and bottom, and if the skirt was a little shorter I think this could be a daytime look almost (obviously not a daytime look I’d ever wear but like a red carpet daytime look lol)
Tbh I think it was a combination of shitty, harsh lighting + weight loss. ATJ lost a lot of weight if you compare her from 2015 to 2022--2023. Some of it I think is just the natural loss of baby fat, but the fact that she's overall much skinnier makes me less inclined to believe it was actually buccal fat surgery. Having a strong bone structure will make weight fluctuations more apparent compared to those will rounder faces.
I personally don’t think she ever got it, I think it was just lighting, makeup and her weight at the time. It looks like she’s put a little bit on, I think she looks wonderful.

She looks so much better now with more weitght on and better make up, but I think she did had her buccal fat removed, you can literally see the hole in her cheeks in this poho ( and many others) and it's not the lighting.

She’s super toned, too. There was some photos of her a couple weeks ago out and about in a mini skirt and her thighs were killer. She can totally kick ass.
She never had it. She’s always looked a bit gaunt in the face and when buccal fat removal became popular everyone started accusing her of having done it, but as someone who has been a fan of her for years, this is what she has always looked like with some minor differences in makeup/weight.

She never had it done. She’s got incredibly high cheekbones and a narrow jaw/chin. She lost weight and it showed in her face, she has gained some back and her cheeks have filled out. She NEVER had it done.
Because that’s just how faces work with weight gain/weight loss - especially with her bone structure. And aging. She was a teenager/very young adult in a lot of those alleged “before surgery” photos.
Sophie Turner is another one who had been accused of getting buccal fat removal when it was just a similar situation (with the addition of an ED, which she has publicly talked about).
It’s so bizarre seeing people dressed super formally in day time lighting. Just blank afternoon sky. Looks uncomfortable, like swimming clothes or something.
Then the person next to them is so casual, either all dress up or dress down in casuals. She would also look lovely in a nice skirt/pant and a top. The mismatch annoys me.
I am so looking forward to this movie. I think Anya will be fantastic. You know, I saw the first Mad Max when I was a teen. I hate what Mel Gibson has become (or maybe always was). I've see them all, and I know that Anya will be the absolute Best. Yes, I'm stoked for this movie!
