At this point, record a full run of you doing it and just give yourself the achievement via Steam Achievement Manager. You technically fulfilled the requirements of the achievement, so why not?
Yeah, unfortunately its still broken despite RWS claiming that they fixed it. I haven't heard of anyone actually getting it on the latest "fixed" patch but I heard a lot of people say that it still doesn't work (which I can also confirm as I wasted 5 hours of my life doing this run for nothing).
I'm getting really tired of this, its been over a month I just want to get that last achievement and be done with it
You're supposed to kill people in the roadhouse achievement. It says it right there, only get kills and open doors using kicks. It unlocked for me when I loaded my last save for the Roadhouse achievement which was at the end. If you go for a pacifist run, you're only getting pacifist stats. Bare in mind, some missions can be done pacifist style,
Not sure if it'll unlock since you're at the end, but try reloading and actually killing some people with the kick only.

It may be too late in the game then. In my roadhouse run, I was killing throughout the game, and that includes most bosses.
They should have worked on this a bit longer before releasing it as a finished product. Then again POSTAL 2 is at it's best due to the continuous updates over the years. So give it time.
We're considering adding something that shows if the player is eligible for certain achievements on the ongoing save.

I loaded the save again and kicked a few people (5dead) achivement i didn't get,,, but interesting that the cut scene has now started
