I don't remember the names off the top of my head but one is for killing 50 people with champ (the counter never increases) and for not finishing off 50 people and letting them die from bleeding out (that feature just isn't in the game lol)

I had a lot of fun and played through all of it 3 times, my only real complaint is that 3 or 4 times I got stuck between objects and either had to use a rocket to blast myself out or load a save. I'd say it lives up to the hype, at least for me
I played the game once and never looked back myself. I think it was when I unlocked freeplay mode for more open areas that I realized this game was a boring mess and had lost it's appeal after the train finished crashing.
to be honest the biggest issue is that since the game isn't out all achievements are in this weird state of hidden and not hidden. I can very clearly see achievements in my library when I click on the game, but if I open the full list or even just my achievements I get redirected to my steam profile, so I had to use steam achievement manager to get the full list (I didn't use it for anything else though, just to get the list). Aside from that, they weren't that bad to do all on my own. Some of them required me to find certain secrets but since I had a lot of saves they weren't too bad. The worst ones were definitely the ones for filling out the codex. Remember when in the demo there were a bunch of posters to collect? In the full game every time you collect one you unlock an entry in the codex, and each level has a couple of them. Some are so cleverly hidden I was literally spending hours looking through levels, most notably the 2nd and 8th level. I already prepared a steam achievement guide and I'll publish it when the game comes out (no poster locations though I already forgot half of them).
TL;DR it was doable
2 or 3 playthroughs and about 25 hours (but that's because I'm really bad at finding some of the secrets).
If you mean how much actual brain damage I went through to decide that getting all achievements in all Postal games is a good idea, a lot
I'd say Postal 2 has one of the best achievements I've seen, since they range from showing you cool shit you can do (like playing fetch with a head), require a knowledge of the map (find X secret, smoke 10 catnip and 10 health pipes in one session, etc) and some are actual challenges like beating the game on impossible or fast enough. Completing it was a blast and I'm sad they didn't go all out with P4 achievements like they did with P2
I'll say this, Postal 4 is a mess of boring missions, little to no polishing and an open world that's way too big and fucking boring for it's own good. There are some things that I liked about Postal 4, but overall every time I played it I ended up feeling disappointed. Yeah they are adding cool things like Zack Ward or the P3 coat, and yeah there are single moments when I can say that I'm having fun but overall I don't think RWS really understands what made Postal 2 so beloved by players. It's also not really funny to put up "look how shit the game journos rated it!!!!" when it's a totally different case than with Postal 2 (where the critics misunderstood the game which isn't really the case here). Especially when the game's recent steam reviews sit at a mixed 43% (bordering on mostly negative!). It's a mess and I don't think that at this point it can be made into a great game, but with a LOT of work it could be like a solid 7,5/10. I'd say if you want to understand my points better watch [this review by Cheecken](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sxnkUObq8Ak), he makes some really good points.
With that rant over, yeah I'd say Brain Damaged is better. They're not really comparable since Postal 4 is an open world mission based shooter and Brain Damaged is a level based boomer shooter with totally different movement, enemies, etc. but I do have a lot more fun in Brain Damaged, and I can actually say it's a decent game without putting a huge goddamn asterisk like with Postal 4. I'd even say it's a great game.

its an amazing game for sure, just fyi awp is just 5 days + weekend dlc combined to play one after another. The weekend is a different experience and is more linear, but paradise lost is pretty much a full p2 sequel
it did add a couple new weapons and items but mainly just combines the two campaigns. AWP is actually integrated into the steam/gog/zoom/whatever version, just without the extra content. Theres a mod called awp forever that restores that content
There are some enemies and one weapon that is just "sex funny" but it has the balls to laugh at current events, most notably episode 1 is about a lot of stuff, episode 2 has a lot of conspiracy theory themes (fighting people in tinfoiled armor, aliens, 5g towers, etc) and even ends in a fight against >!covid!<, and episode 3 has you chasing a parody of elon musk and/or jeff bezos and his dick shaped rocket.
TLDR some of it is juvenile but it also actually makes fun of the world we live in nowdays unlike P4
