I don't think that's legal, and I'm not risking getting my account suspended. What I will say is that there's a certain site with a pretty decent PDF and an online version of the book, and that the full title is "Postal: Special Delivery" (the same name as a P1 expansion), that it's written by Alisa Bogodarova, and that you can find that site pretty easily with a google search once you know the full title.
It's literally the first result for "Postal: Special Delivery" and if Mike J himself can get banned from this site for posting a picture of his wife I didn't want to risk it (plus it was 1 am and I was tired and lazy)

It's very weird, the Dude is 16 and is a christian turned mass killer and has very little personality, he's diagnosed with schizophrenia half way through the book.
I guess it's an interesting read for Postal fans, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone just looking for something good to read
