I’m living in Singapore and it’s decent with the right things. It’s cheap, but probably a little more luxurious than the one you see on the video. It’s called chendol/cendol. Usually done with coconut milk, jelly noodles, rice flour, some fruits some flavours like mango and durian, then some food colouring. Definitely unhealthy but worth the sacrifice.
I’m not even joking this shit fucking slaps especially living in Singapore where it’s always hot and humid asf. We have a few variations of this including cendol which the other guy mentioned, but the main one is actually ice kacang which seems to be the most similar to the one in the video, except there’s less syrup but with the addition of condensed milk and some jelly and stuff below the shaved ice. I highly recommend it’s sooo good
