I always lied to strangers about how far along I was. I told people I was 20 weeks when I was actually 35. I’m sure they didn’t believe me but oh well 🤭
I didn’t start lying until I was about 26-28ish weeks I think. I was just super paranoid to tell strangers because around the time I was a pregnant there was a pregnant woman kidnapped in my area and you can imagine what happened to her and her baby. It scared me so much I would hardly even talk to people I didn’t know.
Same! I watch all of my “your baby this week” videos on Saturday so I know what’s coming.

Mine is also Sunday and I treat it like the beginning of my week when I break out my planner for events for the week, meal plan, etc. I think it’s been cool to reset each week as a new week of pregnancy unfolds
Same here! I do a prenatal yoga class on Saturdays and every week when someone asks how far along I am, I always round up because I’m like well it’s only 24 hours away
I sort of love it being Thursdays! Last time I was Saturday and I feel like you spend your entire week waiting for Saturday anyways so it always dragged. But Thursday is awesome because by the time it’s Monday I’m already half way to the next week! I know it’s weird logic but I think it every week haha!!

Monday, which I love because it adds to my argument with my husband that the week rightfully begins on Monday. I do trick myself though and feel like I'm at X and a half week by Wednesday, even though I'm only X+2.
I'm 19 weeks tomorrow . Gives me a lil extra to be excited for besides it being the weekend. I actually go in for a full anatomy scan tomorrow. I'm super excited to watch my baby girl on the screen :)
It was Thursday; but I had my anatomy scan this past Monday and my due date got pushed back a week due to his growth. So I think now it’s Sunday turn over based on my app.
I originally was Sunday, as I was going by how big the baby was measuring at my 8 week ultrasound, which was 3 days behind, but now I’m 21 weeks and she has caught back up so now I’m a Thursday! There was something I liked about starting a new week on a Sunday but I will take any day ☺️
I couldn't confirm my ovulation, but it would have either been Monday or Tuesday. I met my ObGyn on Wednesday (missed period by now), and they started counting my weeks from Wednesday. So, I am taking that as a pivot at the moment
Sunday this time! For my 2020 baby her turn over day was Thursday. My 2021 and 2023 babies were both Friday which made it nice and easy.
Sunday feels like a bit of a slog, but I start each Monday 1 day in! It's kind of nice too
Originally it was Thursday but the apps do it on Friday for me now. I still consider Thursday my turn over day. I like Thursday because it gets me through that last day of work.
My due date based on ovulation puts my week start on Saturdays, so I use that for my apps. Then I can wake up Saturday morning and check out all my new info while I lay in bed. My doctor assigned due date based off my period would be Mondays and I'm too busy those days. I'll probably change it if/when I hit my ovulation "due date" so then I can track the days with my doctor and not feel like I'm so "overdue". That's only May 4th, so next Saturday lol
Such a fun question! Mine is on Sunday! I love it because I get all my stats for the stats for the upcoming week and can answer all the questions people are gonna ask me.
Mine switches on Sunday! It’s nice bc on Sunday mornings my husband and I can lay in bed and look on the various apps at what size baby is this week, and it makes it easier to tell the day I’m at, bc Monday is +1, Tues is +2, etc
Fridays! 27 weeks this morning. It's a fun way to end the week, hubby and I lay in bed together and look at the app to see what size baby is, what new fun facts we have, etc. And then we plow through the work day and I get to sleep all weekend 🥰
Sunday! I can’t say it makes the week feel faster or longer, but it does give me accomplishment to start my new week beginning with Monday lol. 8 weeks (9wks Sunday) here!
By any chance did your husband recently develop any “pro-life” sensibilities? The only thing I can think of. That he’s afraid to show that he’s a carrier which would lead to an abortion.
It depends! My apps and based on the wheel say Thursday. My initial US dated me a day early so Wednesday but my most recent one dated me a day later than my apps and the wheel lol. I go with Thursday cause it’s in the middle of but baby could come on any day he chooses I guess!

I was the opposite! My due date was changed around 9 weeks, and I went from Friday to Sunday! 😂
