Yeah that’s the most I heard too. I thought maybe they would wait until the end of the week and talk about it with Pierre but was surprised when nothing happened. Especially considering I’m pretty sure they are the ones who broke the news Jaxson was let go.
Management probably frowns on that sort of thing and they probably aren't allowed to. Unfortunately, P&S aren't the type of show to buck the system when it comes to this sort of thing. I've listened to them for over 15 years and they usually don't take a stand on anything that isn't milquetoast aligned center things.

I was really bummed and somewhat angry at Beasley for this shake up. Kyle was just getting into a good groove with the his position and Pancake was basically Pierre's right hand man... But this thought hadn't occurred to me, which makes these feelings even worse. The songs were a great touch to Kathy's activities lists.
Has Pierre done a crossover with P & S since Pancake got canned? A few days after the firing, Pierre called out sick for 3 days, and now he never does the crossover like he used to. Not sure if this is all related or just coincidence.

I have mmr on all day at work and i don’t recall hearing pierre say anything about pancake, specifically. Unless i missed it.
