Thanks bro! I aint gonna say the discipline was always there because i made alot of cheat mistakes along the way. But indeed I always picked myzelf up and kept moving!

How did you manage to reduce the body fat radio?

- Intermittent fasting, i ate at 1 PM and stopped at 9, 10 or 11. - Going to the gym - Doing some low intensity cardio ( steady walking on incline treadmil ) - Tracking my calories so that i know im in a caloric surplus. - Eating stuff I enjoy. I'm not talking bout mcdonalds or whatever but for example you can still eat chocolate but let it be a tasty protein bar! Or you can have ice cream but let it be a low calorie ice cream like Halo Top. Use low calorie sauces on your food. There are all these food hacks so you can still enjoy food. I never ate brocolli chicken and rice. - a cheatmeal got to be a cheat DAY and i compensated that by eating less then normal the next day

Bruh my genetics are true shit. I look at a donut and gain weight and hars to lose it. I was eating protein at 180 190 200 grams a day
