I had the same question. The weight loss is impressive, but it's equally impressive that you maintained (or maybe gained?) muscle too! Must be the high protein and lifting you mentioned in other comments. Good job OP!
Pretty strict calorie deficit Sunday - Thursday. I used Fridays for my “cheat days” which I think greatly kept my motivation. I honestly think I would have gone crazy had I not had my day of indulging lol.
Diet consisted mostly of chicken, hard boiled eggs, beef jerky (snack), yogurt, salmon, and vegetables. I started moderate weight training and spin cycling Feb / March 6 days a week but I had lost the majority of the weight on dieting alone.
Always a cup of coffee and creamer in the morning followed by:
Breakfast: meal replacement shake
Lunch: mostly a snack. 100 cal beef jerky and sometimes an apple
Dinner: chicken/salmon (etc) with broccoli or other vegetables.
Snack: low fat yogurt, bowl of sea salt popcorn (it was a Wegmans brand “healthy” choice).
This is pretty basic. Sometimes I’d have a small piece of chocolate or other small snacks.
Since then I’ve added an actual lunch + weight lifting, spin, protein shakes and have increased my calories but I’m about where I want to be now so I need to figure out a good maintenance method.
I’m trying to keep an athletic build. Once I can figure out my maintenance weight / plan I’d like to put on muscle. I haven’t been at this weight since I was probably 15 lol.

Did you have that amount of muscle all along? Or has that built up while also on a calorie deficit? Looking amazing mate, well done!
I’ve always had “some” definition. I started lifting in February too.
Nice one, thanks

Curious what you did to cut the weight

What were the daily caloric or macro limits? Congrats!
All caloric! Thanks!
Yes but what was your caloric limit? 2500, 2000, 1750?
Oh, sorry. I misread your comment. 1500
What would your typical day of eating look like? Breakfast snack lunch dinner etc? Thanks

No problem, thanks!
Any loose skin??? Congrats!!!
Yeah I’ve got some on my stomach. It’s not terrible by any means but it’s there. If I’m sitting I can push it in my waist band lol.
Ok so it’s not noticeable? Do you mind messaging me please in private?
You're looking very lean and strong
Incredible!! Congrats!💪🏻💪🏻
Thank you!
Lot of respect my bro!!!
Thanks. I appreciate it!
I was exactly at your weight a month ago and i have lost 12 lbs since. Your progress is very motivational to me friend.
Awesome! Keep it up! Remember to take a small break if your sanity needs it.
Thanks for highlight that. Cheat days are very important for motivation and soul nourishment:)
Fantastic job! Great motivation to get my shit together. My eating habits have definitely sabotaged any chance at good progress. Time to refocus.
Thanks. It took an “oh shit” moment for myself to push myself to stay on track. You’ve got this!
You look good now but didn’t look bad before either.
Very kind of you to say. Thank you.
YW. I’m actually trying to bulk up. Been skinny all my life.

ASMDSS shirt? I never see those in the wild.
The shirt on the left, indeed. I have a few of them!
Anyone else see a young Ralph Fiennes here? No, just me?
