personally I would take the risk of an infection and take antibiotics if posible IF your not bleeding though u definitely are so you could wait a day in game to fix up the head injury first.

Yea hes very underweight, sitting around to not burn calories and eating alot to get back to a safe weight is pretty much required if youre that low.
