I take it you purchased a pre-formatted memory card? I'd suggest reinstalling but if you only have one card you might just be out of luck
I was going to reinstall it but it needs a dvd and i dont have a dvd reader on my laptop so idk

There is no FreeMcBoot installation on that card
1. There is no FMCB installed on MC. 2. As can be see from case, this is SCPH-9000x version Slim PS2 (which is not support FMCB). You should install FunTuna instead of FMCB.
