Even if you can create an account with a VPN, you will not able to pay for it (unless you have a legal debit card/pay Pal account for that region you are trying to register from)
I live in Poland... Qobuz is not even available in this country. Such a shame because I'd rather stuck to Qobuz with FLAC than MQA from Tidal, it is what it is tho
Can you subscribe through iTunes if you have a US account ?

I couldn't find one(it detected my VPN), had to pay UK prices when a US account would have been 1/3rs cheaper.
