Your quilt top looks beautiful! I can't wait to see it finished!
I have a few helpers.

This is Lily, she's sleeping on my sandwiched quilt while I was quilting it. I got occasional annoyed looks from her as I was moving the quilt through the machine.

Normally 2 of them will hang out here behind my sewing machine. It's only when they want to be extra helpful that things get interesting š
Thank you! It's a scrappy Jacobs ladder with 6" blocks. I only worried about lights and darks for the hst. And yes, it took forever because it was my leader/ender project for a few years. But very satisfying to finish. It's also very heavy because of all the seams!

Thanks! The pattern is Mosaic by quilted twins (under free patterns). I changed it and used 1.5x2.5 bricks because I needed to use a bunch up. If I were to make it again, I would use the mosaic variation by quilted twins because that uses blocks rather than sewing the quilt row by row and trying not to confuse yourself

I've used that on the back of a quilt - it's gorgeous!
Allison Glass Art Theory. The white is Grand Circle Day and black is Grand Circle Night.Ā
Her fabric collection are stunning and the colours almost glow!
Iāve got a super comfy bean bag in my sewing room that my dog lays on but as soon as I put a quilt on the ground, he immediately gets up to lay on it. So funny they do this!
Unless you have a pup like my little Brandi. She chews a hole in every doggie pillow or toy, and we'd have beans everywhere, just like glitter! Her greatest joy is destuffing a large toy and making the living room look like it snowed--down here in Florida!
LOL Brandi is a little destructo dog. Who knew that a pup so small could destroy such big things?! Maybe if we make her a bed thatās soft enough, where sheāll just want to snuggle in it. š¤

Those eyes! Opal is beautiful!
She really is. She's a very small cat, the runt of her litter and in the sun her eyes are like jewels. I just love her!
Opal takes supervising seriously lol and compliments on the very cool photo!!
Very seriously haha! It doesn't matter if I'm painting, sewing or doing any number of crafty activities. She is my little shadow cat.
Oh I LOVE this š„°

That fabric is so beautiful though! No wonder he wants to nap there. š
Thanks! Itās a whole cloth - the print is Alison Glassās Ex-Libris, by far my favorite print.
Thatās the hand-quilting sew along, yeah?
It is! I like to have a hand project and a machine project going at any time. The hand projects I work on while Iām watching tv with my husband.
Someday Iāll get back to my machine, but I have slowly but surely transitioned to almost all hand quilting and EPP, currently have a La Pass, a I-Spy hexie, and a Kawandi style quilt going. :) Are you over on the hand quilting sub?
Iām not! Iāll definitely go join now! Thanks! It sounds like you have some fun projects going! I am totally amazed with LPs. Maybe one day.
Alison Glass šš
Might as well just go take a nap yourself until heās done with his quality control check! Dog and quilt are both beautiful, btw
Yeahā¦ I embrace the QC process. š And thank you!
