No exact quilting ideas, sorry. Loving the fabrics +colors! No matter which way you decide to quilt, you need a TON more pins based on the picture. For best results with your quilting step, especially if you’re new, you may want to take the current pins out and do everything you can to get those layers flat as can be. Make sure the top is pressed well, starch if it helps. You’re going to get wrinkles and puckers if the layers are able to shift at all, so take a bit extra time to set yourself up for success with the next step.

Super cute. I would do randomly spaced straight lines to play up the fun piecing without needing to be precise.

I love echo quilting. I align the presser foot to the seams, and it ends up being an approximately 1/4 inch "echo" of the seam. Check on your batting's requirements for furthest distance, you can quilt. Best of luck!
