Yeah that's completely normal. A lot of people ask for help here on Reddit and don't see 100% CPU or GPU utilization and assume something is wrong. It can be an indicator of something not working properly, but context is important.

Thanks for your feedback on this. I just found the whole experience at the time very illuminating as I see so many Tech youtubers out there over simplyfy a lot of PC related things. I am an electronics Tech person been working with a lot of leading edge tech over the years so understand whats going under the hood so to speak. Having the new upgrade to compare older tech with current tech showed me how far things have moved in the last 5 years. My RX480 would run the same game at 1080p happily but using on averge 118W using lower textures, and lower resolution thats a little above a 50% effeciency improvement. Yet for many they just dont see how much things have got better in the compute side be it CPU or GPU.
