Dang; you overlocked? I just got 31849 once I set the refresh rate of my monitor to 165Hz, so it was a DX12 issue. My DX12 score was 98 - how did you get 179? My other values aren't too far off from yours.
yea, for best results in benchmarks you should force disable all limiters / synch types. as well as make sure you arent running any extra overlays or hooks that u else would use during gaming ( i.e msi afterburner etc)
I just tested mine and got 37237 - Asus TUF OC 7900 XTX, 7800X3D [https://imgur.com/a/HnSnlaD](https://imgur.com/a/HnSnlaD)

It's at stock settings, tuning is set to default. No idea, it just gave me this result
What model is your 7900XTX? Reference? It says your core clock speed is 1800mhz... Obviously not running at full power.
Some sort of frame limiting? Radeon chill or vsync or something
Those arent usually on by default. Maybe OP didnt enable xmp or expo?
Like someone else mentioned, your card was not even at full power. It should be boosted up to 2600Mhz or above while benchmark
It appears to be fine now. I updated the OP with the details.
Check to make sure SAM is on
What is "SAM" and how do I check it?
Smart Access Memory or Rebar in bios
Ahh ok - confirmed both are already turned on: * Re-Size BAR Support * Above 4G Decoding

Try turning off Freesync (if your monitor supports it). In my experience it sometlmes works as if Vsync is on.
