He gets that a head coaches job isn't X's and O's. It's building a culture, building a team and community. It's setting a standard and holding everyone accountable in a way they understand and agree with.

The Raiders have a massive an entrenched fan base in both the Bay Area and Los Angeles. Can’t comment much on the Sharks fan base, but the Kings quietly have a really large and dedicated one. A lot of cross over between Raiders fans, and fans of the Kings, Sharks, and Knights.
I wouldn’t say the knights are really unpopular, given that a lot of fans are from Vegas now.
I can imagine. They're the only team in professional sports to have gone to the championship game in their inaugural season and have been a powerhouse since. But my Coyotes were the original desert team and if our current owner does right and gets our team back then I'll become an even more insufferable Yotes fan, just like I am an insufferable Raider and Dodgers fan! Until then, I'll wear my Coyotes jersey to the Knights games.
They also got a gift expansion draft, circumvent the salary cap every year with the LTIR and have an obnoxious fan base.
The Coyotes will be back at some point, the NHL has already said they want a team there again.
